Litbuy Yupoo Desk is a small review desk in Rotterdam, Netherlands, founded in 2022 by editor-in-chief Daniel Whitmore, reviews editor Priya Raghavan and research editor Tomas Lindqvist.

We started because buying through a shopping agent and a Yupoo album is a paperwork problem as much as a shopping problem. Album links move, fee tables change, warehouse photos arrive in batches, and shipping lines quote ranges that parcel after parcel either meets or misses. Nobody was keeping that in one place, so we built the log ourselves.

Our testing team orders through the Litbuy agent and from Yupoo albums, pays from the desk budget, and records every step: order time, warehouse intake, QC photo set, consolidation weight, line choice, tracking events and final delivery. Priya unboxes the parcel and measures the item flat. Tomas turns the timings into the tables you see in each review. Daniel audits the agent-side fees and weights before publication.

We cover three things: agent mechanics, album sourcing, and the physical result in the parcel. A review on this site always names the line used, the weight declared at the warehouse, the days from payment to door, and the measurements we took ourselves.

The desk is small on purpose. Three editors, one bench, one order log, and a public correction record we would rather keep short.

We follow the sourcing record from a Yupoo album specification through Litbuy confirmation, warehouse QC and the parcel received. Readers can distinguish seller claims, substitutions, agent invoices and arrival measurements instead of treating the album as a transaction record.
