Editorial policy

What we publish. Litbuy Yupoo Desk publishes reviews, buying guides and data pages about the Litbuy shopping agent and Yupoo album sourcing. Every product review is based on an order we placed ourselves and a parcel we opened at our Rotterdam bench.

How we choose. We pick categories where agent mechanics actually change the outcome: shoes with wide size runs, knitwear where weight matters for shipping, accessories with awkward dimensions, and album listings that claim branded materials or specific factories. We do not review a listing simply because it is popular.

What we do not do. We do not accept payment for coverage, we do not sell placement inside a review, and we do not let an agent or album seller see a score before publication. Affiliate commission is disclosed on every page that carries agent or seller links. Commission never buys a better score; the fee audit and the parcel measurements are logged before scores are written.

Sourcing notes. Some items are shipped as part of a consolidated parcel with other test orders. When that happens, the review states it, because consolidation affects the weight figure we publish.

Comments and reader email. We read reader email at editorial@litbuy-yupoo.com and use it to decide what to test next. We do not publish reader-submitted scores as our own.

Platform rules. We are a publication, not an agent. We do not take orders, hold funds, or ship parcels. If you have a problem with an order, contact the agent or seller directly; our pages explain what evidence to keep.

Ratings use the full five-point scale: 5 excellent, 4 good, 3 adequate, 2 poor and 1 very poor. Explain the criteria and relevant measurements; use an unscored guide when essential evidence is unavailable.
