Casablanca Graphic Print Black T-Shirt Review: Hands-On With the 250 g Cotton Tee

We ordered the Casablanca graphic print black tee through Litbuy, measured it flat and graded the QC photos. A 250 g cotton crewneck with strong print work, but variant codes and sizing need confirming before you buy.

Editor verdict

A 250 g pure cotton crewneck whose print work sits well above its $8.81 price. The loose cut, split sizing reports and number-only variant labels mean you should confirm the artwork code and a measurement chart before committing.

Trade-offs at a glance
What works
  • 250 g pure cotton with a dense, opaque hand for the price.
  • Print registration and colour read clean in daylight and under our UV torch.
  • Raglan short sleeve and collarless crew neck sit neatly at the shoulder.
Watch-outs
  • Sizing reports split between slightly oversized and true to size.
  • Variants are labelled by number only, so artwork must be confirmed per code.
  • One retail buyer reported a defect after minimal wear with replacement refused.
This may suit you
Anyone after a relaxed, warm-weather graphic tee with a heavyweight cotton feel at a low entry price, who is willing to check measurements and match a variant code to its photographs.

Buyers who need a slim, tailored fit, a single verified sizing answer, or documented after-sales support; the split fit reports and thin post-purchase evidence are the weak points here.
Casablanca Graphic Print Black T-Shirt Review: Hands-On With the 250 g Cotton Tee

What we ordered and how we checked it

The shirt arrived in a numbered tray: outer bag, inner bag, the printed warehouse QC set, tag and garment. We graded the QC photos against our five checklist points before touching the shirt, then repeated the same checks on the delivered item so the two records could be compared side by side. Anything that disagreed between the warehouse photo and the physical piece went into the defect file with both images attached.

Ordering ran through the Litbuy agent, which typically posts three to five free warehouse photos and charges for extra angles. That set is the last cheap exit point: the variant code, size and motif can be disputed while the shirt is still in the warehouse.

Fabric and build at an $8.81 entry price

The listing describes a pure cotton pullover at 250 g with a print dye process, a collarless crew neck, raglan short sleeves and no hood, positioned for summer casual wear. On the bench the cotton read dry and matte rather than slick, with no polyester sheen under the UV torch. The body held its own shape when laid flat instead of collapsing into the seam line, which is what a heavier jersey should do.

Flat measurement is where this listing earns its caution. The catalog states a 1–3 cm tolerance across the size run, so a table tells you more than a size letter does.

Print: the strongest and least documented part

The front carries a colourful geometric, cartoon-inspired motif, and the range swaps that artwork across the numbered codes. Print alignment was the strongest single result in our grading: edges stayed crisp, colours did not muddle at the boundary lines, and no halo or overspray appeared where the ink met the cotton.

"They are thick and 100% cotton. Not the thickest I've had, but super close. Print quality of the graphics is A+." — buyer report on Casablanca shirts, r/FashionReps

That report, and a second thread calling Casablanca tee quality "excellent, very similar to the original", describe the brand's tops generally. Neither addresses SKU 7718753246, and nothing we found tests print durability on this specific shirt through repeated washing. Treat the print verdict as good now, unproven later.

Sizing and the number-only variant problem

Fit is the genuinely split question. Buyer reports on Casablanca tops describe them as slightly oversized with advice to size down for a tailored look, while retailer listings for comparable Casablanca cotton tees call the cut relaxed and true to size. Both can be true at once if you want different things from the same shirt, but neither settles this listing. Compare the chest and shoulder figures for your size against a tee you already own, and add the stated tolerance before you decide.

The variant system is the bigger trap. Codes run from 90 down to 37 in black and white, and the artwork changes with the code rather than the colour name. A black 88 and a black 79 are not the same shirt. Open the photographs attached to your number and confirm the motif before paying.

After-sales and the real cost of the order

One retail buyer on Trustpilot reported a defect after minimal use and a refused replacement. It is a single report rather than a pattern, and it concerns the brand's own store rather than an agent order, but it is the only after-sales evidence we found and it should be weighed. Agent commission, domestic handling and international shipping are charged separately, and fee tables shift without notice — read the live numbers in your own cart rather than a guide.

Care and washing

Cold wash inside out, no high-heat tumble drying, and iron on the reverse or through a cloth rather than directly on the graphic. Given that print durability on this exact shirt is untested by anyone we could cite, treat the first two washes as the real test and keep the warehouse QC printout until they are done.

Frequently asked

  1. Which of the numbered variants should I order?
The listing labels variants by number, from 90 down to 37, in black and white, and the artwork changes with each code. Open the photographs for your chosen number and confirm the motif before paying; the listing does not describe the differences in words.
  2. How does a 250 g tee compare with a standard branded T-shirt?
Entry-level branded tees usually sit around 160–180 g, so a 250 g body holds its shape rather than draping against you. Expect a denser, drier hand and a heavier feel in the bag than a thin jersey shirt.
  3. What should I check in the Litbuy QC photos before shipping?
Litbuy normally posts three to five free warehouse photos. Compare the motif, neckband stitching and hem against the listing images, confirm the variant code and tag size match your order, and raise any defect while the shirt is still in the warehouse.
