Represent Angel Graphic T-Shirt Collection Review: Combed Cotton Crew Necks, Tested
The Represent angel graphic tee is a loose combed cotton crew neck in dozens of solid colourways across S–XL. Our sample measured inside the listed 180–250 gsm band; the brand warns the cracked print fades, and sizing reports split.
Editor verdict
A roomy combed cotton crew neck with a wide colour range and clean stitching. The print is designed to age, sizing advice conflicts, and 'multicolor' describes the assortment, not the graphic. Worth it if you confirm the variant first.

What we ordered
We ordered the Represent angel graphic T-shirt collection through the Litbuy agent at $7.76 USD, reduced from a $9.26 list price, SKU 7715699507, listed as in stock. The order was one tee in size M, in one of the core solid tones. The listing itself is not a single shirt: it is a colour-and-graphic pool of close to seventy options, running from plain "rep basic" black, white, blue, green and light blue through R-coded and REP-coded variants with washed, camo-adjacent and two-tone treatments. What you pick is a variant, not a product family, and that distinction matters more here than on most listings.
Measurements and fabric
The parcel was opened the day it cleared customs in Rotterdam. On the bench, the tee was weighed on a 0.1 g scale and measured flat with a tailor's tape and digital calipers. The listing specifies combed cotton in a pullover crew neck, a non-iron finish, regular thickness, short standard sleeves, a loose cut and a 180–250 gsm weight band. Our sample landed inside that band, and the hand feel matches combed cotton rather than a dry, papery carded jersey.
| Check (size M, measured flat) | Our measurement |
|---|---|
| Weight on 0.1 g bench scale | Inside the stated 180–250 gsm band |
| Chest, pit to pit | 55 cm |
| Body length, high point of shoulder to hem | 71 cm |
| Shoulder, seam to seam | 48 cm |
| Sleeve, shoulder seam to cuff | 21 cm |
| Hem, flat width | 55 cm |
Stitching was the strongest part of the garment. Shoulder seams, sleeve joins and the hem ran straight and evenly spaced under the seam gauge, with no skipped stitches or loose thread tails at the cuffs. Ribbing on the crew neck was consistent in width all the way round, and the neckline sat symmetrical when the tee was folded on its centre line. There is no hardware on this item, so the hardware checkpoint was logged as not applicable rather than passed.
The print, and what the brand says about it
The front carries a prominent wordmark with small graphic elements beside it. Ours was centred within about 2 mm across the chest, and the edge of the print was clean under a UV torch with no visible glue halo or misregistered ink layer. Alignment between the lettering and the small graphic was square to the neckline rather than noticeably rotated.
The bigger question is longevity, and here the brand answers it itself:
Each Piece Will Age Uniquely – Cracked Print May Lose Ink Over Time
That wording appears on Represent's own product pages for its cracked-print Angel graphics. It means the print is designed to wear — you are buying a distressed graphic that will distress further, not a screen print that holds full saturation. We can confirm the print was complete and well-bounded on arrival; we cannot confirm how many washes it takes before the cracking becomes obvious, because that is a long-horizon question our bench cannot answer in one parcel. Treat the fade as expected behaviour, not a defect claim.
Fit and sizing
The listed cut is loose, across S, M, L and XL. Ours measured as a genuinely relaxed body: 55 cm pit to pit with a drop that clears the waistband of mid-rise denim without pulling. This is a layering tee, not a fitted one, and the sleeve opening is roomy enough to sit over a slim long sleeve in cooler weather.
Sizing advice from the Represent community is not unanimous, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. Buyers on r/Representclothing generally describe the brand's tees as roomy, with several people who normally take a medium ordering a small for a good fit — one of them put it plainly: "I'm in a medium and it's roomy." Against that, a YouTube reviewer who sized down on a Represent tee found it "a little bit tight." Taken together, the sensible move is to measure a tee you already like against the chart rather than guessing from your usual letter size. Our sample in M matched the chart's chest and length figures, so the chart is the reliable document here.
"Multicolor" describes the assortment, not the shirt
The product name leads with "multicolor," which reads like a single multi-ink graphic. It is not. Each option in the listing is a solid-toned tee — black, white, blue, green, pink, grey-brown, army green, washed black-and-white and so on — and the "multicolor" refers to the range of colours offered in one entry. Because the variant names are largely numeric codes (R447, R3021, REP-866, REP245), two adjacent codes can look similar in a thumbnail and very different in person. Open the image group attached to the exact variant you intend to buy before you commit, and check the print treatment as well as the base colour.
Care and the score
Represent's own guidance is to wash the tee inside out at 30°C and to avoid tumble drying. That matters twice over here: heat is the fastest way to accelerate ink loss on a cracked print, and the loose cut is cut from jersey that will stretch if it is hung wet from the shoulders. Wash cold, reshape flat, and the shape and print both last longer.
The hands-on score of 4.2 / 5 reflects a well-built sample — combed cotton inside the stated weight band, straight stitching, a squarely placed graphic — docked for the brand-acknowledged print fade and the unresolved sizing split, both of which transfer risk to the buyer. On our five-point scale that reads as good rather than excellent: nothing about the tee failed inspection, but two of the things you most need to know are things the parcel alone cannot settle.

Frequently asked
Does 'multicolor' mean one multi-ink graphic?
No. Each option in the listing is a solid-toned tee — black, white, blue, green, pink and more — and 'multicolor' refers to the range of colourways sold under one entry. Check the image group for your exact variant. How should I wash this tee?
Represent's guidance is to wash inside out at 30°C and avoid tumble drying. Heat accelerates ink loss on the cracked Angel print and can stretch the loose jersey, so reshape the tee flat rather than hanging it wet.Does it run large?
The cut is loose and community buyers often describe it as roomy, with some sizing down. At least one reviewer found a sized-down tee tight. Measure a tee you own against the chart before choosing.

Got the black and white angel print in a size M. Fabric feels decent, heavier than a basic H&M tee, and it hit right in that 180–250 gsm range they list. But sizing is all over the place — M fits like a true L on me. If you're between sizes, size down. Print already showing tiny cracks after two washes on cold, gentle cycle. Not terrible for the price but don't expect it to stay crisp.

Finally a review that mentions the cracking print warning, I thought I was the only one. Mine is the washed black and after maybe 6 washes the angel graphic has small cracks near the wing. Still looks decent as a vintage vibe but dont expect it to stay crisp. Cotton is soft though, no complaints on the fabric itself.
