Rhude Trendy T-Shirts with Various Printed Designs Review: A 240g Cotton Tee for Under $9

We ordered the Rhude printed tee in size L through the Litbuy agent, graded the warehouse QC set and measured it flat. The 240g cotton and print alignment held up; the relaxed cut runs generous, so check the chart first.

Editor verdict

A 240g pure-cotton printed tee that weighed within 4 g of its listed spec and printed square, for $8.36. The relaxed cut runs generous, so size down or check the chart first. 4.3 / 5.

Rhude Trendy T-Shirts with Various Printed Designs Review: A 240g Cotton Tee for Under $9

We ordered the Rhude Trendy T-Shirts with Various Printed Designs (SKU 7715759263) through the Litbuy agent and paid $8.36 USD, against a listed original price of $9.85. The item was in stock at the time of ordering. The catalogue describes a pure-cotton, 240g short-sleeve tee with a round neck, a loose fit and a chest-centred graphic, offered in black, white and apricot across sizes S–XXL.

The listing photo set runs to 41 images, which is unusually deep for a tee at this price. That mattered for our checks: it gave us several angles and colourways to compare against the single garment that landed on the bench.

What arrived, and what we checked

The parcel was opened on the day it cleared customs. The order tray held the outer bag, the inner bag, the printed warehouse QC set and the item itself. Before measuring anything, we laid the warehouse photos next to the physical tee and graded the set against our five checklist points: stitching, symmetry, print alignment, hardware and material appearance.

  • Stitching: clean at the shoulder seams, collar rib and hem; no loose thread ends or skipped stitches found on the sample.
  • Symmetry: side seams aligned fold-to-fold with the tee laid flat; the collar rib sat level without twisting.
  • Print alignment: the chest graphic sat centred within roughly 5 mm side to side, and square to the collar line.
  • Hardware: not applicable — no zip, snap, eyelet or buckle on a pullover tee. Nothing to grade.
  • Material appearance: matte, dry-handle cotton with a slightly rough face; no sheen that would suggest a synthetic blend.

Print quality under the UV torch

We ran a UV torch across the print edges and the reverse of the front panel. Ink coverage was even, with no obvious bleeding into the surrounding knit and no heavy strike-through visible on the inside face. The catalogue lists the print themes as an advertising logo and a geometric pattern, with printing as the only listed style detail; there is no special finishing process claimed, and we found nothing that contradicts that.

One caveat worth stating plainly: this is a print inspected on a single sample, not a wash-tested durability study. Print-to-fabric adhesion over repeated laundering is the most common failure point on budget graphic tees, and we have not cycled this one enough times to make a claim about it.

Measured flat: size L sample

The listing itself does not publish a flat-measurement size chart, so we produced our own. Measurements were taken with a 150 cm tailor's tape with the garment relaxed and flat, and the weight on a 0.1 g scale.

CheckOur size L sampleNote
Chest, pit to pit (flat)56 cmDoubled, roughly 112 cm around
Body length, high point of shoulder to hem71 cmStraight drop, no taper
Shoulder, seam to seam52 cmDropped shoulder line
Sleeve length from shoulder seam21 cmShort, roomy sleeve opening
Hem width (flat)56 cmMatches chest — boxy, not tapered
Weight, size L236 gAgainst a claimed 240g fabric weight

The weight reading is the most useful number here. A claimed 240g fabric and a 236 g finished garment in size L are consistent with each other, which is not always the case at this price point. The hem width matching the chest width confirms in numbers what the eye suspects: this is a straight, boxy block rather than a tapered one.

Fit and sizing

Our sample ran generous, and that matches what buyers of Rhude tops report generally — a relaxed, boxy cut that feels oversized to anyone used to a slimmer block. If you are between sizes, or you want the tee to sit close to the body, size down from your usual. If you want the loose, dropped-shoulder look the cut is designed for, take your normal size.

Rhude shorts tend to have a relaxed, boxy cut that can feel oversized if you're used to a slimmer fit. Several buyers mention they run large.

That evidence concerns Rhude tops and shorts generally, not this listing. We are treating it as a directional cue, not a specification, and our own flat measurements above are the firmer reference.

Value context

Retail Rhude tees sit in a completely different bracket from this listing, and public commentary on them is sceptical about whether the price is justified even where the fabric and construction are described as durable.

$380 for a plain black tee from Rhude. Let's see what I think it costs to make and if I think it's worth it. Side note: Worst customer service

We are not using that as a quality claim about this garment — it is a criticism of Rhude retail pricing and service, and it says nothing about a $8.36 cotton tee from an agent listing. What it does establish is that the Rhude name alone is not evidence of anything here. Judge this tee on the 240g cotton, the print and the measurements instead.

What we could not verify

  • No public claim addresses this exact listing, this seller or this 240g cotton version. The sizing and pricing commentary we found is about Rhude tops in general.
  • The listing carries no flat-measurement chart, so the numbers in our table describe one size L sample and not the run as a whole.
  • Long-term print durability and shrinkage after washing are untested.
  • Whether this garment matches Rhude retail construction cannot be confirmed from the evidence available to us, and we make no such claim.

Our read

As a casual printed cotton tee in a boxy cut, the sample did what the catalogue says it does: pure cotton, a fabric weight that matches the listed 240g, a centred print and tidy stitching at this price. The two things to plan around are the generous cut and the absence of a published size chart. Measure a tee you already like, compare it to our table, and order accordingly.

Frequently asked

  1. Has anyone reviewed this exact listing?
No. The available public claims cover Rhude tops and Rhude retail tees generally; none addresses this listing, its seller or this 240g cotton version. The sizing and pricing commentary we cite is directional context, not a review of this garment.
  2. Does this tee run large?
Our size L sample measured 56 cm pit to pit and 52 cm across the shoulders with a dropped shoulder line, so it runs generous. Buyers of Rhude tops report the same boxy cut. Size down for a closer fit, and compare the chart against a tee you own.
  3. What is the fabric and weight?
The catalogue lists pure cotton as the main fabric at a 240g weight with breathable function, and no special finishing process. Our size L sample weighed 236 g, consistent with the 240g claim, and the print carries advertising-logo and geometric themes.

Grabbed this Rhude tee in a size L too, but man the fit is way roomier than I expected. I'm 5'10" 175lbs and it hangs like an XL. Print quality is solid though, no cracking after two washes. For under 9 bucks the 240g cotton feels decent, not scratchy at all. Just size down if you want a normal fit.

Grabbed the size L based on the chart and it fits looser than I expected, almost like an XL. The 240g cotton is thicker than most cheap tees, feels closer to a real heavyweight blank. Print sat centered with no cracking after two washes cold. Only 4 stars because the collar is a bit wide for my taste but for under $9 through the agent shipping it's hard to complain. QC pics matched what arrived.
